Imran Khan’s family rejects reports about his conversation with Noreen Niazi

The family of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan has rejected as false reports circulating in the media about conversation between the former prime minister and his sister Noreen Niazi.

In a statement, the family said that the claims and statements attributed to Noreen Niazi’s meeting with Imran Khan did not reflect the actual conversation between the two.

The family clarified that Noreen Niazi last met Imran Khan at Adiala jail on August 25, in accordance with the Supreme Court’s directions. She did not share any details of the meeting or her conversation with anyone afterwards, the statement said.

The family said Noreen Niazi was currently in custody and therefore did not have an opportunity to personally respond to or clarify the claims being attributed to her.

It categorically rejected the reports about the conversation and said the claims being circulated had no connection with the actual discussion between Imran Khan and Noreen Niazi.
