Court summons Aroob Jatoi in gambling app case, hearing set for Nov 3

The Lahore district court has ordered Aroob Jatoi, wife of YouTuber Saad ur Rehman, and their manager, Subhan, to appear for a hearing in gambling app case, while further proceedings have been postponed until November 3.

The case against Saad ur Rehman, aka Ducky Bhai and co-accused Aroob Jatoi regarding the promotion of a gambling application was heard by the judicial magistrate.

The judicial magistrate adjourned the hearing until November 3, 2025, summoning Aroob Jatoi to further proceed with the case.

Aroob Jatoi has been accused of promoting the app along with her husband and is currently on pre-arrest bail. Her husband, Ducky Bhai, remains behind bars.

It all started when Ducky Bhai was arrested by National cybercrime investigation agency (NCCIA) for promoting the betting and gambling apps on his social media accounts. 

As per reports on private news channels, the NCCIA has also filed a challan, while other accused individuals, including YouTuber Iqra Kanwal’s husband, have been summoned as well.

However, according to the challan, ducky Bhai confessed his involvement in promoting gambling apps during his physical remand. The investigation further revealed that he earned 21 crore rupees from gambling promotion and his wife was also involved in these activities.

Saad-ur-Rehman, who rose to fame with his comedy skits and family vlogs that amassed millions of followers, is now facing accusations of promoting illegal apps including “Binomo,” “Bet 365” and “39 Game.”

The FIR alleges he used his platform to lure people into investing in these applications, leading to widespread financial losses, and even acted as Binomo’s country manager in Pakistan without official authorization.

In this regard, citing lawyers, A website quoted that NCCIA has made serious allegations regarding Ducky and he might face 7 years imprisonment in jail and 10 million rupees if convicted.
