Alizeh Shah blames Shazia Manzoor for 2021 ramp fall

Actress Alizeh Shah recently took to Instagram to address the 2021 ramp-fall incident during her appearance with playback and veteran singer Shazia Manzoor at a fashion show.

In a series of video stories on Instagram, she opened up about the incident that has haunted her since 2021. Shah revisited the viral clip from Bridal Couture Week where she appeared to lose balance while walking the ramp alongside singer Shazia Manzoor.

Shah claimed that the fall moment was not an accident but was deliberately orchestrated.

“We were supposed to turn right but she pulled me and dragged me on the floor,” Alizeh said while showing the original footage to her followers.

“And then she pretends to help, why are you picking me up? Just leave me alone,” she went on. “She kept her hand on my hip throughout the show, trying to make me fall.” Shah added.

Following the incident, she said, "this aunty used to go on every other show and make other celebrities trip just to make fun of me”.

Shah said that TikTok sensation Jannat Mirza and TV host Juggan Kazim recreated the fall moment on separate shows, turning her embarrassment into a joke.

She shared video clips to support her claims, including one where Manzoor and Mirza laugh while imitating the fall, and another segment from a morning show where Kazim reenacts the incident with Manzoor appearing as the savior.
