CLAIM:

Social media posts are claiming that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Taimur Saleem Jhagra was asked to pay Rs200 million to get the ministry in Ali Amin Gandapur's cabinet in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

In exchange for the ministry, a demand of 20 crore rupees was made from me, and I was given a 24-hour deadline. It was clearly stated, "Deposit Rs20 crores in the party fund, or get ready to be delisted."

When I (Jhagra) refused, my name was removed from the list. Despite understanding above all, I was asked for money, the post said.

FACT:

Reacting to the viral post, Taimur Saleem Jhagra took to his X, account to deny the rumors.

Some amusing claims are circulating on social media and WhatsApp groups. No one has ever asked me for a single rupee for a ministry, Jhagra said.
