Gold gains Rs4,600 per tola in Pakistan

Gold prices went up in Pakistan on Monday in line with gains in the global bullion market.
According to rates issued by the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of gold per tola increased by Rs4,600, reaching Rs477,762 in the local market.
The price of 10 grams of gold also went up by Rs3,943 and was sold at Rs409,603.
On Saturday, gold prices had declined by Rs2,200 per tola, settling at Rs473,162.
In the international market, gold prices rose by $46 per ounce, taking the rate to $4,554 per ounce, including a premium of $20.
Silver prices also recorded an increase in the local market, climbing by Rs236 per tola to reach Rs8,270.
