The publication said Farooq got to know about the Dream Car raffle while he was travelling through the airport in the UAE.

When asked how he intended to use the luxurious Maserati, Umar said that he would sell the car and would buy the ticket again to try his luck.

"I will sell the car and continue participating in Big Ticket draws. My advice to everyone is to continue to try your luck with Big Ticket – you shouldn’t give up without continuing to try," he said.

The draw for a luxury Maserati Ghibli worth Dh380,000 will be disclosed on April 3. The price for each ticket is Dh150.

The intenders, who want to try their luck, will receive one extra ticket if they buy two tickets.
