An Indian man, resident of Pune, recently bid farewell to his purportedly toxic workplace in an extraordinary manner.

Aniket, employed as a sales associate, orchestrated a unique departure by inviting musicians to his office and dancing to the rhythm of the dhol, much to the surprise of his boss.

This unconventional exit was documented and shared online by popular content creator Anish Bhagat.

The content creator remarked, "I believe many can relate to this. Toxic work environments are increasingly prevalent nowadays, characterized by a lack of respect and a sense of entitlement."

According to Mr. Bhagat, Aniket decided to leave his job of three years due to what he described as a "very toxic" work atmosphere. In a video posted on Instagram, Aniket expressed dissatisfaction with his meager raise and the absence of respect from his superior. He confessed feeling trapped because of his middle-class background.

To mark Aniket's departure in a memorable way, Mr. Bhagat, along with Aniket's friends, organized a surprise celebration outside the office on his last day.

They brought dhol players and awaited his manager's appearance. Upon seeing him, Aniket bid farewell with a handshake, saying, "Sorry sir, bye-bye," before breaking into dance to the dhol beats. Despite the manager's visible irritation and attempts to halt filming, the celebratory mood persisted.
