Former MPA and Senator Muhammad Zahid Durrani has denied the allegation of receiving bribe for senate vote in 2018.

According to Zahid, the chief minister had offered him money and labelled it as the part of fund to cover the expenditures of elections.

Moreover, around 10 millions rupees were given to MPA’s as 400 million rupees were reserved to distribute for expenses.

“I haven’t took any bribe since joing the government. In order to cover my expenses I have sold many lands though,” said Zahid.

He further added that, “ I can show stamp papers as a proof.”
