 YouTube offers $5mn aid to Pakistan to combat coronavirus crisis

YouTube, the tech video sharing company has reported $5 million in assistance to Pakistan to help combat the crisis that has followed the coronavirus pandemic.

Susan Wojcicki, CEO of YouTube, assures her effective measures and possible aid for Pakistan in her letter to Prime Minister Imran Khan.
YouTube will fight the virus with every means possible, according to CEO Wojcicki. She also stressed the need for joint efforts, saying that I have decided to help the country and the crisis that the people of Pakistan are facing.

Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates had earlier hailed Pakistan’s actions against the outbreak of the coronavirus.

Bill Gates held a phone call with Prime Minister Imran Khan, claiming that Pakistan has genuinely played its best role in securing the lives of poor people as well as demonstrating its best efforts to counter the pandemic.
