“You don’t need a man to survive”, says Urwa Hocane
Recently during an interview, actress Urwa Hocane shed a light on how it feels to be an independent woman.
Urwa Hocane started her career as a VJ but later stepped into the showbiz industry. The actress appeared in several hit dramas and proved her acting skills in the best possible way. She also appeared in Blockbuster films like ‘Na Maloom Afraad’ and ‘Punjab Nahi Jaungi’. Urwa also tried her luck in production and will soon premiere her new movie, “Titch Button.”
During an interview with Gloss ETC By Maliha Rehman, the actress talked about her journey of starting working in her early teens. She stated, “I’ve started working and earning from the age of 14 because I feel we should not become a burden on our parents. I always wanted to be independent”.
The actress further added that as an individual we can live on our own by earning. She said, “what do you need a man for? You don’t need a man to live your life. I’m sure you would like to have one but it’s not compulsory. In my opinion, there’s no need of having a man in your life”.
Right now Urwa is working on the upcoming drama ‘Meri Shehzadi Diana’ which also featured Farhan Saeed but recently the actor revealed that he would be working with Urwa Hocane.
