Yasir Hussain calls out TV channels for not paying tribute to late comedy legends Umer Sharif, Amanullah

Actor Yasir Hussain made a comparison between Kapil Sharma’s show giving tribute to Raju Shrivastava and Pakistan’s TV channels for not paying tribute to our late comedy legends.
Recently, Indian comedian Raju Shrivastava passed away and the entire Bollywood industry is paying tribute to their artist including the famous Kapil Sharma Show. While drawing the comparisons, actor Yasir Hussain wanted the same treatment in Pakistan for our late legends Umer Sharif and Amanullah.
Taking to Instagram, Yasir Hussain shared a picture from The Kapil Sharma Show in which they are remembering their late comedian and wrote, “The Kapil Sharma Show is paying tribute to Raju Srivastava and here no one does anything on TV for Umer Shareef and Amaan Ullah”.
He questioned if we “lack common sense or either don’t respect our seniors enough,” and then clarified he was asking this question to himself and not to his followers.

Legendary comedian Umer Sharif passed away in 2021 at the age of 66 after a long battle with lung and heart problems. Amanullah passed away in 2020 at the age of 70 at a private hospital in Lahore after his health deteriorated.
