ISLAMABAD: Minister for Communications Murad Saeed on Thursday said peace, tourism and development have become an identity of Pakistan due to the policies of present government.

Addressing a news conference in Islamabad on Thursday, he said the world was no longer asking Pakistan to do more.

The minister for communication regretted the posture of the opposition parties in the parliament house saying they cannot evade accountability by making hue and cry.

Murad Saeed said the entire nation knew as to who allowed Raymond Davis to flee Pakistan. He said former President Asif Ali Zardari during his tenure in the government never used to make any statements against the drone strikes.

Responding to a question, the minister for communications said the revenue of Pakistan Post surged to nineteen billion rupees this year.
