Won’t tolerate anti-state activities, says CM Murad
Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah has said that we will not tolerate anti-state activities under any circumstances, a day after an improvised explosive device blast killed one person and left 13 wounded.
According to details, a meeting of the 27th Apex Committee has been held under the chairmanship of Syed Murad Ali Shah.
The meeting was attended by Provincial Ministers, Nasir Hussain Shah, Sharjeel Memon, Murtaza Wahab, Corps Commander Karachi Lieutenant General Muhammad Saeed, Chief Secretary Sohail Rajput, Advocate General Salman Talibuddin, IG Sindh Mushtaq Mehr, DG Rangers Major General Iftikhar Chaudhry, Additional I.G Karachi, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Sindh Fayyaz Jatoi and other officers were present.
The agenda of the meeting includes overall law and order situation, crime and intelligence reports in Karachi, illegal migration and land grabbing.
The Sindh Chief Minister said that we strongly condemn the incidents of terrorism, we will not tolerate anti-state activities under any circumstances, we have paid the price to restore law and order in the whole country.
“We will allow some anti-national elements to play with the lives of innocent people. We are taking strict measures against terrorism. We cherish the life of the country, the province and the people of this city,” CM vowed.
