The magic of Bilal Lashari’s mega film “The Legend of Maula Jatt” is not stopping anytime soon.
Recently, Gohar Rasheed who played the role of Maakha Jatt in the blockbuster movie revealed that Bollywood’s famous director Karan Johar called and praised Bilal Lashari after watching the film.
In a recent interview, Gohar Rasheed said that Karan Johar calling and praising Bilal Lashari is an important milestone which is also a matter of pride for the nation because a film which reflects our culture is proud to receive such recognition.
“It’s a milestone and a proud moment for the whole nation, that a movie, that in some way, is a cultural representation of Pakistan and praised by one of the most reputed names of our neighbouring state”, said Gohar.
The Legend of Maula Jatt also surpassed Bollywood hit movies record at the UK box office.
The movie recently achieved the milestone of becoming the highest-grossing Punjabi film of all time, with a $7.8 million worldwide collection.
