We will use constitutional and legal tactics: Shahbaz Sharif
Opposition leader Shahbaz Sharif has said that if the speaker commits unconstitutional act on Monday, he will use every tactic.
Opposition members had a discussion with the media outside Parliament today. Responding to this, the Leader of the Opposition Shahbaz Sharif said that the Speaker of the National Assembly Asad Qaiser had committed atrocities.
He said that today the Speaker of the National Assembly had violated the parliamentary values.
Shahbaz added that the Speaker National Assembly played the role of PTI worker, he has conspired with Imran Khan.
Later, PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto said that National Assembly Speaker Asad Qaiser became a tool for Prime Minister Imran Khan by adjourning the assembly session, to conduct voting on the no-confidence motion, till March 28.
Bilawal said that we have struggled for 3 years for No-Confidence and now it is about to become our democratic weapon.
He added, when the opposition moved a no-confidence motion, the government feared that the Prime Minister had lost his majority.
On the other hand, Maulana Asad Mehmood has said that the speaker has spoken as Imran Khan’s personal servant whereas he should have represented 220 million people.
Earlier, today’s session of the National Assembly has been adjourned till 4 pm on Monday without any agenda.
