“We don’t have a magic wand to solve middle order batting line,” says Ramiz Raja

“We don’t have a magic wand to solve middle order batting line,” says Ramiz Raja

Chairman Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Ramiz Raja said, that he does not have any magic wand or button to solve the problem of middle order batting line.

“Everyone says that the middle order of the national team is not strong, the fielding is not upto the standard, the team does not play under pressure, so, we do not have any magic wand or button to solve these issues. Everything will be fine soon.” Raja said.

He said that, “we are giving a tough competition to a billion dollars cricket industry of arch-rival (India).”

While commenting on Pakistan’s women cricket team Chairman PCB said that women in green have potential and the PSL-like women league will give them platform to showcase their potential and talent.

“This will increase the pool of women cricketers and give them a good environment to play. This project will prove to be a good one.” Further adding that, “Sponsors for the women’s league have already lined up. If four or five talented cricketers will be hunted in the season, it will be a win for the league.”
