Virtual meeting of PDM summoned by Maulana Fazl ur Rehman
The head of the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) Maulana Fazl ur Rehman has called the virtual meeting of the opposition alliance party on Monday (today) to finalize their strategy against the government.
Hafiz Hamdullah, leader of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Fazl (JUI-F) has mentioned that the chief of PDM Maulana Fazl ur Rehman has called for a virtual session of the PDM top leadership.
As per Hafiz Hamdullah, the meeting is scheduled to be held at 3 pm.
Important topics of the discussion will be the bills that the government is trying to get approved in the house.
Electoral reforms, as well as the usage of electronic voting machines (EVM) in the upcoming elections, will be thoroughly talked upon.
Other than that, the NAB ordinance will be one important topic on which PDM leaders will discuss.

The top leadership of opposition parties such as former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, President of Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz, Shahbaz Sharif, Shah Owais Noorani, Sardar Akhtar Mengal, Aftab Sherpao, Mahmood Khan Achakzai, and other leaders will attend the meeting today.
The leadership of PDM will also discuss the protests against the government. It is said that protests will be held throughout the country.
Rising inflation will also be the topic of importance in the virtual meeting today.
Earlier on November 13, PDM staged their protest in Karachi where Maulana Fazl ur Rehman was confident as he stated “we will win this war” against the opposition.
PDM is all set to hold their protest at Quetta and Peshawar in the upcoming days.
