Vegetable prices are going up in Karachi

Vegetables and flour are being sold expensive that usual rates in Karachi.

According to details, a kilo of flour is being sold at between Rs 56 and Rs 64, while potatoes are being sold for Rs 42 per kilo instead of Rs 22.

Other vegetables like onions are being sold for between Rs 80 and Rs 100 as opposed to the official rate of Rs 58 while tomatoes’ price is still up and being sold at Rs 200 instead of Rs 133.

Whereas, Lemons have broken the price record as they are being sold at Rs 270 instead of Rs 133.

Onions being sold for between Rs80 and Rs100 as opposed to the official rate of Rs58 while tomatoes are being sold at Rs200 instead of Rs113.

Consumers are not happy at these rates and have called upon the local government to enforce official rates.
