Usman Buzdar’s wife tests positive for coronavirus

LAHORE: Wife of Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar has tested positive for coronavirus on Friday.
Punjab Health Minister Yasmeen Rashid said that COVID-19 test of Usman Bazdar’s wife had come positive after which she had quarantined herself at home and her health condition was better.
She said that COVID tests of the chief minister and CM House’s staff were also conducted, but they all tested negative for the viral disease.

According to the National Command and Operation Center, 79 more deaths due to Coronavirus infection and 4,619 new positive cases were reported in the country during the last 24 hours.
59,504 tests were conducted yesterday and positivity ratio remained seven point seven six per cent. The death toll due to pandemic has now reached 24,266.
