Use petrol sparingly: Shibli Faraz advises people

ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Science and Technology Shibli Faraz has advised the people to use less petrol.

Talking to media in Parliament House, Shibli Faraz advised the people that we should use as little fuel as possible. Price of the petro in the world market have reached $95 while the government is not imposing any taxes on the price of petrol.

“Life cannot be normal in difficult times and it is not possible for government to subsidize everything, our government’s priority is to subsidize food and drink. Corona and inflation are global so we have to adjust ourselves,” he said.

Shibli Faraz said that the Ministry of Science is trying to reduce electricity consumption. If electricity consumption is low then oil import will be less.
