“Unfortunately, because of use of mobile phones, child abuse and rape cases are multiplying. We will spread awareness not only among children but parents as well. Our religious leaders and teachers have to play their role against drugs,” he said.

The bigger the school it was the higher the number of cases of ice drug’s use were there, he said revealing the shocking report.

The prime minister regretted that the use of drugs started at school level and the addicted persons were involved in other crimes too.

He appreciated the awareness book on drugs launched on the occasion and said it needed to be introduced at all schools for increasing knowledge and awareness.
