US Dollar crosses Rs191, mark to reach ALL-TIME HIGH against rupee

KARACHI: The United States Dollar (USD) on Thursday once again traded at all-time high in the country against Pakistani rupee in the interbank after a jump by Rs1.34.
Yesterday, the interbank market closed at Rs188.66, but the dollar continued to surge from the beginning of trading today.
In the interbank market, the dollar has risen by Rs1.34 to Rs 190.16 hitting an all-time high, while in the open market, the dollar has crossed Rs 191.50.
On the other hand, the Pakistan Stock Exchange was also trading in a negative trend and the 100 Index was trading at 42901, down more than 600 points.
