University imposes ban on lipstick for female students

The University of Azad Jammu and Kashmir has banned girls from putting on university.

In this regard, a circular has been issued by the Education Department of the University.

The circular states that students should not apply lipsticks and a fine of Rs 100 will be imposed on the students for applying it.

The administration of the University of Kotli says that this circular has been issued by the Department of Education so it will not apply to the whole university.
