UN denounces India for continuing restrictions on the internet in IOJ&K

A report by UN Human Rights has denounced India for continuing its restrictions on the internet and holding of peaceful protest in Indian administrator at Kashmir.
While presenting his report at the human rights council in Geneva David Kaye the UN special rapporteur on freedom of opinion and expansions made his remarks.
Jammu and Kashmir were annexed by India on 5th August 2019. Not only it was a violation of UN resolutions when IOJ&K was forced with a military lockdown. All of their political leaders were also imprisoned.
David Kaye asked India to restore the internet facility for the annexed Kashmiri people.
He repeated his call for all for a visit to occupied Kashmir to get an on-the-spot assessment of the situation.
