Umer Sharif likely to undergo dialysis in Germany

Leading Pakistani actor and comedian Umer Sharif is likely to undergo dialysis in a hospital in Germany.

Umer Sharif was being airlifted from Pakistan to the United States for treatment and due to long travelling duration his health deteriorated a bit for which he got admitted in a hospital in Germany where he is still receiving treatment.

According to Umer Sharif’s doctor in the United States, Dr. Tariq Shehab, the actor, can undergo dialysis tomorrow, after which he would be able to travel to the United States.

Earlier on September 29, Umer Sharif and his wife Zareen Ghazal, who are travelling to the US in an air ambulance, had to spend at least four hours at a police station near Nuremberg Airport during a stopover in Germany.

The air ambulance was to make its first stopover at Nuremberg Airport in Germany after departure from Karachi.

The ambulance company admitted Umar Sharif to the Nuremberg hospital for further medical examination.

Whereas, Zareen Ghazal, did not have a German visa and for this reason she could not leave the airport and could not take care of her husband in the hospital.

However, Zareen Ghazal referred to the police station near Nuremberg Airport and spent about four hours over there.

After a lengthy procedure, Zareen Ghazal received an emergency visa and she rushed to the hospital.
