ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Science and Technology Fawad Chaudhry has revealed that the government has decided to contact the British government for extraditing former prime minister Nawaz Sharif and hold inquiry into his medical reports.

“Contacting the British government for Nawaz Sharif’s return and inquiries into medical reports are correct decisions. Nawaz Sharif’s leaving for London hurt the Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI)’s narrative and the process of accountability,” he said in a tweet.

The federal minister said that those embroiled in preparing fake medical reports of the Pakistan Muslim League-N supremo should be given exemplary punishment.
