Dubai: United Arab Emirates has approved the issuance of golden visas to foreigners. Holders of Golden Visas will be allowed to reside in the UAE for ten years.

According to the international news agency, the ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, has announced that people belonging to certain professions will be eligible to get a golden visa.

As indicated by the news agency, those with a doctorate degree, doctors, computer engineers, electronics, programming, and people with biotechnology have been declared eligible to receive a Golden Visa.

Rashid Al Maktoum said that the Golden Residency would also be available for high school students and their families.
