The UAE authorities have allowed Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) to hold the remaining matches of the sixth edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL-2021) in UAE.
PCB has not decided yet where to hold the matches, whether in Abu Dhabi or Dubai.
Moreover, coronavirus test of the players will be conducted on May 18 and if the results turn out negative, the players will submit their passports.
The UAE authorities have made it mandatory for all players and officials to undergo a 10-day quarantine.
Earlier, in March, the Pakistan Cricket Board confirmed in its press release that the board has decided to postpone the HBL Pakistan Super League 6 with immediate effect.
“The decision was made after seven cases were reported in the competition, which had started on 20 February.” the statement says.
According to the PCB, it will focus on the safe and secure passage of all participants, and arrange repeat PCR tests, vaccines and isolation facilities to the six participating sides.
