Two PAF pilots martyred in aircraft crash incident near Mianwali

ISLAMABAD: Two pilots were martyred on Tuesday as a Pakistan Air Force (PAF) FT-7 aircraft, while on a routine operational training mission, crashed near Mianwali.

A PAF spokesperson said, both the pilots on board, Squadron Leader Haris bin Khalid and Flying Officer Ibaad ur Rehman, embraced shahadat (martyrdom).

A board of inquiry has been ordered by Air Headquarters to determine the cause of the accident.
