Two killed, several injured in Swabi road accident

Swabi: Two people were killed and several others injured in a traffic accident near Swabi.


According to details, the accident took place near Swabi Interchange on Peshawar Motorway when a bus full of passengers collided with a dumper.

The accident was so severe that two occupants of the bus died on the spot while 12 were injured. Rescue personnel reached the spot after the accident. Rescue 1122 Swabi’s medical team provided first aid to 10 minor injured on the spot. Two critically injured patients have been shifted to Mardan Medical Complex.


The deceased Zarwali and Ziarat Khan belonged to Landi Kotal. According to reports, the unfortunate bus was traveling from Karachi to Peshawar and the accident took place due to high speed.
