Two Indian paramilitary officers commit suicide in occupied Kashmir

SRINAGAR: In occupied Kashmir, two officers of Indian paramilitary Central Reserve Police Force have committed suicide.

According to the Kashmir Media Service (KMS), an Assistant Sub Inspector ended his life by shooting himself with his service rifle at Mattan in Islamabad district while another ASI took his life with his gun in Srinagar.

These two new deaths have raised the number of such deaths amongst Indian troops and police personnel to 451 in occupied Kashmir since January 2007.

On Apr 22, in occupied-Kashmir, Indian troops had martyred four Kashmiri youth in Shopian district in their fresh act of state terrorism.

The youth were killed during a cordon and search operation which was launched in the district region of Melhora by Indian Army personnel and paramilitary forces.
