 Twitteraties mourn over demise of Dr Abdul Qadeer Khan

The renowned nuclear scientist Dr Abdul Qadeer Khan passed away at the age of 85, on Sunday (today). 

Sources said that Dr Abdul Qadeer Khan was brought to KRL Hospital around 6 am where his condition deteriorated. Doctors tried their best to save the nuclear scientist but at 7:04 am he passed away.

As the news broke, the whole nation has come out to show condolences to the family of the departed and mourned the loss of “father of  Pakistan’s nuclear programme”.

The Pakistani cricketers and politicians are also saddened by the news of the loss of Dr Abdul Qadeer Khan.

However, thé funeral prayers of the nuclear scientist will be offered at Faisal Masjid Islamabad at 3.30 pm in which the federal ministers and top military leadership besides the public will also be allowed to attend.

Dr. Abdul Qadeer Khan will be buried with full state honors in the premises of Faisal Masjid as per his will.
