PESHAWAR: An organization of transgender on Thursday held a press conference against the management of 2nd Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Transgender Games for overlooking them.

Transgender Arzoo said that all the community members were not included in the games despite promise. Rs1.9 million were allocated for the gala, but only Rs0.1 were spent on it, she alleged saying that 50 transgender were invited to attend the sports gala.

Seeking legal action against the officers involved in not inviting the other transgender, Arzoo requested the government that their projects should not be given in hands of “the wrong people”.

The transgender said that they would approach court against the provincial sports director.
