Tourism Board to submit proposal for re-opening tourism after Eid-ul-Adha

ISLAMABAD: The National Tourism Coordination Board (NTCB) will put forward a proposal for re-opening of the tourism sector to the National Command and Operation Center (NCOC) after Eid-ul-Adha.

The decision to this effect was taken by the Board in a meeting in Islamabad, with Special Assistant on Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development Sayed Zulfikar Abbas Bukhari in the chair.

All provincial and regional governments attended the consultative meeting to discuss appropriate time to re-open the tourism sector of the country.

The meeting also deliberated on safety measures and preparedness for re-opening tourism services.
