PESHAWAR: Three headmasters of government schools in Peshawar suspended for gathering students in schools, said spokesman of DC Peshawar.
District education officer immediately suspended two headmasters on the orders of the Deputy Commissioner Peshawar Mohammad Ali Asghar.
The spokesperson explained that the headmasters told the students they were announcing annual results which is why students came to school in a rush.
Following the suspension, government primary school no. 3000 khani was suspended and the government primary school’s head of elementary Garhi Qamar Din was also involved.
An inquiry committee has been formed against these three headmasters, added the spokesman.
Further action will be taken upon inquiry report, said the DC Peshawar. The three headmasters have been suspended for failing to comply with the orders of the provincial government, said Deputy Commissioner.
