Threatening letter case: PM sets up commission under Lieutenant Gen (r) Tariq Khan

Federal Minister for Information Fawad Chaudhry has said that a commission has been set up to investigate the foreign regime change operation.

Talking to media after the meeting of the federal cabinet, Fawad Chaudhry said that a commission of inquiry has been set up to probe the alleged foreign conspiracy against Imran Khan’s government.

Fawad Chaudhry further said that a commission of inquiry has been set up under the chairmanship of Lieutenant General (retd) Tariq Khan and the commission has been given 90 days to investigate.

Earlier, Prime Minister Imran Khan in his address to the public gathering in Islamabad on March 27, had waved a letter and said that a country was trying to change the regime with the help of money, further calling it a “Foreign Conspiracy”.
