The Sindh government extends the lockdown by one month

KARACHI: In view of the situation of Coronavirus, the Sindh government has extended the lockdown for another month.

The Sindh Home Department has also issued a formal notification of one month extension in Lock down.

The lockdown has been extended until August 15, and the restrictions imposed on July 1 will remain in place until August 15, the statement said.

According to the Sindh Home Department, public places, parks and cinema halls will be closed for one more month while inter-provincial transport will also remain closed till August 15.

Just to be recalled that before Sindh, the provincial governments of Punjab and Baluchistan had extended the lockdown till July 30.
