Riyadh: The first convoy of pilgrims for Hajj has reached Makkah this year. Saudi officials have completed all the arrangements for Hajj in the best possible way as every year.
According to the Saudi website, the first caravan of Hajj pilgrims from within the country reached Makkah on Friday.
In Saudi Arabia, all relevant agencies have made arrangements to serve the Hajj pilgrims this year, and security, health and various agencies have begun implementing a comprehensive action plan.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has made arrangements for the pilgrims to stay in Makkah where they will stay before going to Mina, staying in a hotel from 4 Dhul Hajj to 8 Dhul Hajj. There is one room for each pilgrim. The room has everything from sensible bottles of Zamzam water to snacks, fruit, and candy baskets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
The spokesperson said that CCTV camera rooms are effective, schemes for organizing caravans of pilgrims and cleaning of Hajj places have been prepared.
He said that under the operational plan of the Development Authority, Azizia and Al-Shaabeen have been connected to the Jamrat Bridge. Al-Shaabeen and Al-Azizia are in touch with the security agencies responsible for the project.
