The federal cabinet will have a meeting today

ISLAMABAD: An important meeting of the federal cabinet has been convened today, July 28. The meeting will consist of a 13-point agenda.

A meeting of the Federal Cabinet chaired by Prime Minister Imran Khan will be held on Tuesday, July 28. The meeting will consider the economic, political, and coronary epidemic situation in the country.

A 13-point agenda of the federal cabinet meeting has been released. During the meeting, officials will brief the cabinet on social indicators, while approval will be given to set up a commission to investigate the shortage of petroleum products. The issue of import of Euro-5 diesel and petrol will also be taken up in the main session.

The federal cabinet will ratify the decisions of the July 22 meeting of the ECC. A progress report on institutional reforms will be presented to the Cabinet. The draft rules and regulations for the appointment of WAPDA Chairman and members will be presented in the Cabinet.

Approval for the appointment of the CEO of a USF company under the Ministry of IT is on the agenda.
