Terrorist involved in Masjid Kocha Risaldar blast killed by CTD
PESHAWAR: A terrorist involved in Kocha Risaldar mosque blast and other incidents was killed in a joint operation of Peshawar police and CTD.
According to the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD), a joint operation was launched with the police on a tip-off in Ormur, a suburb of Peshawar.
Police said that during the operation, there was an exchange of fire with the terrorists for two hours in which one terrorist was killed in retaliation while two terrorists escaped.
Police said the slain terrorist belonged to ISIS and was identified as Daniyal.
According to CCPO Peshawar, the terrorist Daniyal was also involved in Kocha Risaldar blast, targeted killings of traffic wardens, Jalozai mobile van attack, target killing of Satnam Singh and Pastor William Siraj.
