 T20 World Cup schedule announced

The ICC has announced the schedule for the T20 World Cup, which will be played in seven Australian cities from October 16 to November 13. 

The opening match of the mega event will be played between Sri Lanka and Namibia, while the match between Pakistan and India will be played on October 23 in Melbourne. The mega event will feature 45 matches between 16 teams. 

The Super 12 round of the tournament will start on October 22 with a match between Australia and New Zealand. Pakistan’s group includes India, South Africa and Bangladesh. Two teams will be part of Pakistan’s group from the qualifying round. 

Pakistan and South Africa will play on November 3, while Bangladesh will face Pakistan on 6 November.
