 History created as Australia win their first T20 title

The stage is all set in Dubai International Stadium for the final of the T20 World Cup 2021. Australia and New Zealand will lock horns to compete for the prestigious trophy.

Neither of the team has won this format World Cup before. The New T20 champion is guaranteed today.

Australia came closer to clinch the title back in 2010 but England came in their way as Paul Collingwood’s led side managed to defeat Australia.

New Zealand has never played a T20 World Cup final before but today they may become the newly T20 crowned champions as they will look to grab the title after winning ICC Test Championship.

It is going to be a great game of cricket. Fans are excited and pumped.

New Zealand inning halfway through. They have scored 57 runs for the loss on one wicket. Australia is bowling really well to stop Kiwis from charging.

After 15 overs, New Zealand are 114/2.

New Zealand posted 172/4 runs on the board with the help of a super inning played by Kiwis’ skipper.

Can Australia power through the bowling attack of Black Caps to become the T20 Champions for the first time?

Australia is in control as they are cruising past New Zealand bowlers. After 10 overs, Kangaroos have scored 82/1

15 overs completed, Australia are 136/2.

History created as Australia wins the T20 World Cup for the first time. Kangaroos comprehensively beat Kiwis by 8 wickets to clinch the title.

Kane Williamson’s side was not able to stop Aaron Finch’s led Australian team from crossing the line.

Before coming into the tournament, the Australian side was not able to win their last five series. But since the start of the tournament, they looked like a team on a mission. They started their campaign with a victory against South Africa and ended it by lifting the trophy by beating New Zealand. David Warner and Mitchell Marsh’s half-centuries powered the Kangaroos past 173 runs.
