Sugar, flour, ghee are missing at various utility stores across the country

ISLAMABAD: Sugar, flour and ghee have gone missing at various utility stores across the country.

Due to a shortage of flour, sugar, and ghee in utility stores, people are forced to buy these items at high prices from the open market.

Utility store officials say that sugar, flour and ghee are expensive in the open market and there are difficulties in the availability of these items at the utility stores due to their cheapness, so they are taking steps to ensure the availability of these items.

Officials said that the sale in Black also causes a problem of availability in stores.

According to officials, the price of sugar at utility stores is Rs 68 per kg, 20 kg bag of flour under the package is Rs 800 and ghee is Rs 170 per kg under the package.
