SRA terrorists receive instructions from head in Iran: CTD officials

Syed Khurram Ali, DIG Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) said that, terrorists involved in Karachi Saddar area blast had received training from their leaders in Iran and was receiving instructions from the head of the banned organization Sindh Revolutionary Army (SRA) Asghar Shah from Iran.
In a press conference along with Administrator KMC and Sindh Government Spokesperson Barrister Murtaza Wahab, Syed Khurram said that the terrorist killed last night in the encounter was Allahdino Rahman, a resident of Umerkot, who was involved in making IEDs. He was an expert and has been involved in bomb blasts in different parts of Sindh.
The DIG said that, he was involved in attacks on rail tracks in Sindh and had received training from his superiors in Iran and had received Rs 200,000 for the recent blasts.
He further said, the slain terrorist had been traveling on a bicycle for five kilometers before the blast and then sat at a hotel. When the law enforcement vehicle passed by, he detonated it remotely. In the footage, Allahdino can be clearly seen.
DIG CTD stated that as soon as the Coast guard vehicle arrived, he detonated bomb and then fled in a rickshaw but the terrorist was investigated on technical grounds. In the video, the terrorist can be seen taking orders from Iran.
He said that a similar case had been registered against this terrorist before and he had been participating in various protests for missing persons.
