Squash icon Azam Khan passes away due to coronavirus

The iconic squad player Azam Khan, who from 1959-62 won the British Open four times in a row, passed away in London because of the coronavirus.

The 95-year-old, whose brother Hashim Khan has won the British Open in 1951, had moved to Britain during his days of playing.

Since being found positive for coronavirus, Azam had been transferred to London’s Ealing Hospital but was unable to recover from the deadly virus that has engulfed the planet.
