Special PIA flights to bring stranded Pakistanis back from the US

The government will be sending two special planes, in partnership with Pakistan International Airlines, to carry back Pakistanis stranded in Washington DC.

The flights will fly first from Washington DC to Islamabad on May 10, and then to Karachi on May 13, confirmed Friday by the Pakistan Embassy in Washington DC.

Another flight is set to operate from New Jersey to Lahore. The government will also send three more flights to get its people repatriated. The days, dates and other information about these flights will be released shortly.

Stranded Pakistanis can contact their embassy and consulates for special flight trip info. Meanwhile it is possible to take technical information by contacting the contact center of PIA at + 92 21 111 786 786.
