South African team fulfills wish of Pakistani child suffering from cancer

South African cricket team opening batsman Dean Elgar has presented official T-shirt of South African team to Make-A-Wish child Ammar Rafi.

The 16-year-old is suffering from blood cancer. He wished to witness the test match between Pakistan and South Africa and meet the cricketers, Make A Wish Foundation wrote in a statement.

At a simple and graceful ceremony, the opening batsman Dean Elgar, on behalf of his team, presented the T-shirt signed by all the team members to the ailing child by following COVID SOPs at the National Stadium Karachi.

The child thanked the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for fulfilling the wish of the ailing child by following the SOPs of covid-19 during the first test match between Pakistan and South Africa in Karachi.
