ESPNcricinfo reported on Thursday that South Africa is considering touring Pakistan for a three-match T20I series in March this year.
According to tghhe reports, the South African cricket team is likely to arrive in Pakistan after their ODI series in India, which will end on March 18.
Security delegation, headed by Rory Steyn will be send to Pakistan next month to review the country’s security situation as well as logistical arrangements by the Cricket South Africa. They will brief the cricket board about its findings on their return.
South Africa last came to Pakistan in 2007. South African cricketers, including Faf du Plessis, Imran Tahir and Hashim Amla, visited Pakistan in 2017 as part of the World XI squad.
