Karachi: Sindh Education Minister Saeed Ghani has warned that SOPs are not being implemented in schools which makes it look like schools will have to be closed and if it is felt that things are not going in the right direction then schools will be closed. We will not delay in doing so.

Education Minister Saeed Ghani visited Agro Technical Government Boys Secondary School New Karachi and speaking on the occasion said that the situation is very bad due to encroachments on drains, steps have been taken to eliminate encroachments and activate sewerage system.

In the past, encroachments were made here and the entire canal was closed. Talking about SOPs related to Corona, the provincial education minister said that it is unfortunate that SOPs are still not being implemented in schools, and even yesterday, four schools in Orangi Town were sealed.
