ISLAMABAD: Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Shibli Faraz on Thursday said any amendment in the constitution could only be made with consensus of all the political parties.
Talking to a private news channel, he stressed the need to discuss some articles of the Constitution for more transparency and accuracy.
The Minister said Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf government is ready to hold talks for amendments in the Constitution, but the opposition parties particularly Pakistan Peoples Party does not want to talk on 18th Amendment.
Shibli Faraz said the opposition parties are doing politics on various non-issues just for political point-scoring and both the PPP and PML-N are working without any agenda.
